Your Tasks

• Responsibility for operating and further developing a complex global IT service in the Sourcing & Procurement environment (SAP and non-SAP) in close cooperation with the business teams
• Driving and managing international projects to design new business processes as part of our global transformation, as well as optimising and further developing the system landscape
• Building, leading and developing your own team
• Planning and managing the service budget
• Managing our external service partners (onshore/offshore) as well as structuring a stable and long-term successful cooperation
• Managing interdependencies and risks across divisions

Your Profile

• University degree with a focus on information technology or comparable level of higher education
• Several years of international professional and project experience in the operation of complex software landscapes (SAP and non-SAP)
• Experience in managing employees or many years of experience in managing projects and external partners
• Experience in IT service management (ITIL), ideally experience with SAP S/4HANA and IS-Retail
• Positive mindset, analytical and structured approach to thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in designing and accompanying change
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German language skills beneficial
