IT Manager/Team Lead - Omni-Channel Commerce (m/f/x)

ALDI SOUTH IT ensures that everything runs smoothly, from the IT infrastructure to the software used: both at national and international level. Within the scope of transnational projects, our teams develop IT solutions for worldwide use at ALDI SOUTH.In the Customer Interaction team, you always have the customer in mind. You are familiar with e-commerce solutions and the use of online tools comes naturally to you. You will develop digital “must-haves” for various apps or websites and thus ensure an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.

Your Tasks

• Managing international IT projects as part of efforts to design and develop a global omni-channel commerce solution
• Establishing, managing and continuously developing your own team
• Agile software lifecycle management including requirements management, testing and release management
• Supporting the global rollout in the scope of template projects
• Close cooperation with the business, the related IT teams, and our external system integrators

Your Profile

• A degree with a focus on information technology
• Several years of professional experience including IT project work, ideally in an international and agile context
• Experience leading employees and managing external partners
• Very good knowledge of commerce platforms and payment and fulfilment solutions for mapping complex omni-channel processes
• Experience with middleware technologies and the conceptual design of integration scenarios
• Very good English language skills
