Your Tasks

• Working at the project management office of an international IT transformation project
• Developing concepts and providing advice to the project management team concerning the development and enhancement of a PMO tool landscape
• Developing and programming tools for project management, analysis and reporting
• Assisting in the creation of monthly reports, maintenance of project plans and scope lists
• Managing external partners and cooperating with international IT departments
• Cross-departmental discussions with functional and technical teams

Your Profile

• Background in the area of information technology, engineering or business management
• Experience in using (IT) controlling and project management tools
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally of SharePoint, Clarity, JIRA, Power Query and VBA
• Good tool and programming skills
• High level of flexibility, commitment and analytical thinking
• Very good German and English language skills
