The position as RPA System Manager (f/m/d) is part of the “Invoicing & RPA” team and is embedded in the “Customer IT” area. Vattenfall IT is an international unit within the Vattenfall Group. Our range of services extends from process and application support to the implementation of software and the operation of application systems – both in our own data centers and in the cloud. Our Invoicing & RPA team provides professional IT services for the billing of commodity and non-commodity products as well as for robotics process automation. For this position you will become part of the Vattenfall RPA IT Competence Center. The focus is on the one hand on the efficiency of our IT solutions and on the other hand on the satisfaction of international Vattenfall customers. We support the digitization of Vattenfall companies through process automation and enable them to increase overall performance, efficiency and productivity as well as to reduce costs.

Your tasks as RPA System Manager (f/m/d):

As an RPA System Manager (f/m/d), you will be enthusiastic about the automation of business processes in our Vattenfall Business units. Your goal is to turn Business requirements into best of breed solutions, taking care of our customers, of stability, security and enhancement of the RPA IT services and its associated guidelines. You will be able to master the coordination and steering of the IT RPA team in regards of incident handling and services requests as well as the save guarding the defined process framework.

Your main tasks:

  • Permanent fulfillment of agreed Service Levels of our Multi-tenant RPA System
  • Process-/Compliance Management:
    • Further development and compliance monitoring of RPA IT process framework
    • Ensuring implementation of Security measures
  • Tenancy / Bot administration
    • Design and expansion of RPA configuration
    • Incident and service request management
    • User and Role management
    • Permission management
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Regular SLA Reporting
    • Pro- active consulting of RPA Topics
    • Support Business Planning
  • SLA Planning/Controlling:
    • Budget Controlling / steering
    • Budget planning and rolling forecasts
  • Project portfolio coordination:
    • Providing time booking elements
    • Go-live scheduling

You provide the following:

  • Completed university degree, preferably in computer science, business informatics, economics, mathematics or physics
  • Good to excellent knowledge in IT System Management of multi-tenant enterprise applications and related Service Level Agreements
  • Experience in process automation, especially RPA
  • Knowledge of Robotics software UiPath and/or MS Power Automate, BluePrism knowledge is welcome
  • Good IT-technical understanding, the ability to grasp and evaluate abstract facts quickly, combined with conceptual and strategic thinking
  • Experience to support and guide IT staff
  • Good knowledge of the analysis of incident and problem situations and their solution-oriented elimination
  • Commitment and initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, paired with advice, presentation and decision-making skills
  • High resilience and flexibility
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
