Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Analyze customer and partner requirements and recommend enhancements to our Utimaco Product Portfolio
• Manage complex technical discussions and workshops with business partners, project manager, product managers and technical experts
• Provide project management services on a deep technical level for custom development initiatives and global projects
• Support pre sales activities from a technical point of view
• Understand telecommunication industry standard and regulation standards, e.g. ETSI and 3GPP. This includes various protocols and telecommunication technologies
• Apply business knowledge and technical ability to create state-of-the-art solutions to help worldwide customers and partners
• Collect and aggregate partner and customer feedback, to continuously improve our product and service offering

Dein Profil

• University degree in Computer Sciences, Telecommunication Science or similar
• Professional experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect, preferably gained within telecommunication market
• Strong independent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong Programming background
• Hands-on experience in some of the following fields: Telecommunication and/or Network
• Enthusiastic, customer and solution-oriented team player
• Excellent German and English communication skills both written and verbal
• Travel to customer and client sites as needed and represent Utimaco on fairs
