Be the point of contact for our departments to provide a modern and efficient portfolio for communication and collaboration.

Job Definition

• You advise and support the departments regarding the optimal use and adaptations of our digital cloud services.
• Optimizing the collaboration of our employees through the optimal use of modern collaboration and communication tools.
• The development of company-wide training offers in our mobile TV studio.
• You take over 1st & 2nd support tasks for our internal employees.
• You support and manage our external partners.

Job Qualification

• Solid professional experience in similar fields of activity.
• Experience in integrating services and 3rd party applications, especially the M365 cloud environment.
• Scripting languages and interface programming come easily to you and are part of your standard repertoire.
• Practical experience in maintaining and managing knowledge management software, such as Atlassian Confluence Cloud.
• Very good knowledge of German and English
