Deine Aufgaben
- Data Management - Collect, maintain, and organize customer data in a centralized CRM system. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by reviewing and cleaning data regularly.
- Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can direct strategies and tactics. Develop customer segmentation models to personalize communications and offers.
- Reporting - Develop and generate reports that provide insights into contacts data quality, campaign performance, and sales performance. Present data in a clear and visual pleasing format to inform decision-making.
- Client and Sales Management - Collaborate with platform and account teams to drive client and sales development based on customer insights. Monitor and measure performance closely with the team, and make data-driven sales recommendations for improvements in targeting, impact reporting and funnel management.
- Training & Support - Train and support other teams on data quality and best practices for data management and analysis.
- Data Privacy and Security - Ensure that customer data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
Dein Profil
- You have a Master’s degree in marketing, data science, or related field.
- Furthermore, you have 10+ years of experience in data management, analysis and CRM systems (preferred Salesforce knowledge).
- If you have advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, it would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales activities, such as: Funnel Management, Campaign Management, Client Targeting, Sales Development, Demand Generation is natural for you.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with extensive data sets to ensure data quality and integrity set you apart.
- You have professional communication and presentation skills. ⋅ It is advantageous if you have Knowledge of privacy and security regulations.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams is natural for you.
- You have proficiency in German and English.
