Deine Aufgaben

Mission - As part of PwC's Corporate Development & Innovation team, you will help us bring the best innovations to life - inside and outside PwC. We are an interdisciplinary international team with a wide range of skills and experience in intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship, and corporate development and as an internal corporate development staff unit, we accelerate PwC's (in)organic growth.

Impact - You play an active strategic role in setting up PwC as a powerful "Open Innovation Engine" and shaping PwC's Open Innovation activities. You will work with our team and other PwC innovators to drive very specific innovation initiatives (e.g., developing integrated offerings in joint ventures or business ecosystems, join Innovation Challenges, corporate venturing) to bring innovation to life in the German PwC network.

Responsibilities - You will primarily support strategic assessments and validations of market potential for generated ideas and transform those ideas into a business model and assess external innovation opportunities. You will support the strategic, innovative, and operational tasks of the innovation management team. In addition, you will help them in reporting and portfolio management to PwC leadership. You will be confronted with various strategic issues and gain an excellent insight into the work of an innovation department as well as the strategy of PwC Germany, PwC Europe, and the entire network.

Dein Profil

You are currently studying business, economics, engineering, IT, or other related disciplines.

You have some experience with digital business models and are familiar with the current emerging technologies of the Big Four consultancies.

You have first working experiences in a fast-paced environment such as venture capital, startups, strategy consulting or innovation units of a corporation.

You describe yourself as dynamic, curious, rigorous, with strong analytical abilities and are a team player, characterized by your reliable and independent way of working, your good self- and time management as well as your engagement.

You are an organizational talent and used to managing projects and the stakeholders involved reliably and successfully and can handle confidential information in a professional manner.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (B2) and are familiar with corporate design.

You have good experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools as well as initial insights in agile working methods are preferred.
