Business Solution Analyst - German-Speaking (all) (m/f/d)

Your team

Our 1NCE Solution team is looking for a Business Solution Analyst (all). Join us and act as a customer advocate, putting customer needs first and working to deliver our IoT Platform-as-a-Service to our customers, who are mostly mobile operators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross functional team consisting of Solution Manager, Product Manager, Solution Architect and Delivery Engineer. Besides working with the customer and the Solution Team you interface closely with our Product Development team to know our product and services by heart and to shape the customer specific PaaS solution in a economic balanced way towards operator requirements.

This role is located in Cologne office, and the potential candidate is expected to speak both German and English fluently. Hybrid mode of work is supported.

Your mission

• You work directly with the customer project team to successfully onboard the customer to our IoT Platform-as-a-Service solution.
• You know our Platform-as-a-Service and roadmap by heart focusing on the business support processes and APIs enabling customer relations and enterprise resource management.
• You design the customer journey together with the Product Manager and the customer while looking to the business and service process integration parts.
• You understand the business context and environment of the customer specially sales, order, accounting and customer service related processes.
• You are experienced and pragmatic in transforming complex business requirements into easy straightforward standard processes.
• You are well-versed in knowledge documentation in Confluence, agile delivery in Jira and process flows design in e.g. Draw.io
• You support and write epics with the customer, as well as break them into pieces complemented by acceptance criteria and you drive the accepted in refinements with the product team

Your skills

• You have successfully completed a degree in business information systems, computer science, technical business administration, engineering, or a comparable field of study
• You have practical experience in software development, IoT and cloud services as well as knowledge of business process management (BPM)
• You have professional experience in the Platform-as-a-Service domain
• You have experience in business process design and engineering lean processes
• You are experienced in knowledge documentation, agile delivery and process flows design
• You can work both independently and as a part of the team
• You have strong communication skills and speak fluent German and English
