SAP E2E Architect (m/f/d) Full ERP

At C&A we're at the beginning of our digital transformation, and it's going to revolutionize the way technology interacts with our business. As we embrace the digital era, we have started a business wide green field SAP implementation, and we are now looking for a number of key hires to drive us forward into the next stages of this phase.

The Team:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing Technology Domain to support the overall green field approach to our SAP program focusing on building a holistic view and roadmap of the Tech strategy, capabilities and process, and information technology at C&A. You will be working closely with both technology and businesses Senior stakeholders. As a part of this team, you will be responsible of driving solutions while aligning with key stakeholders to meet the needs of C&A’s mission and vision.

The Role:

• Design the SAP architecture with focus on the major attributes such as versatility, usability, maintainability, robustness, and invitation while keeping CA’s design principles in alignment with Enterprise Architecture
• Develop enterprise-wide architecture best practices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure derivables
• Prepare a long-term development plan for the C&A enterprise architecture in line with the business and tech strategy, while balancing and mitigating between long-term roadmaps an urgent business needs
• Drive technology initiatives across value streams by working with key stakeholders such as business, solution and system architects
• Ensure collaboration with portfolio managers to prove a high-level vision of enterprise solutions and development initiatives

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT experience in at least 3 disciplines, such as information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations
• Bast experience with SAP S4/Hana and components such as MM, Retail, SD, EMW and TM
• Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex solutions
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Good knowledge of financial models and budgeting focusing on the estimation of the financial impact of architecture alternatives
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
