Your responsibilities

• Support of PERI`s global sales teams along of the "Lead-to-Order" process including the development and implementation of new processes and digital tools to enable steering of the sales teams
• Collecting and refining requirements from stakeholders
• Conceptualize improvements within the Box Sales systems and processes
• Adoption and engagement for the standard tools, utilizing various formats (Webinars, workshops, presentations, etc.)
• Supporting the roll outs of the standard tools
• Support of initiatives to ensure high data quality in the PERI (Sales) standard systems
• Current strategic projects: ECM (Enterprise Content Management), CPQ Configure Price Quote, CRM Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft Dynamics), Showpad

Your profile

• Degree in technical, commercial or economic studies
• Proven professional experience with background in Sales, Sales Support or Consulting
• Possess the ability to change from detailed thinking to a high-level big picture mindset
• Goal orientated and result driven
• High internal customer focus and service mindset
• Exceptionally good verbal/communication skills, excellent English language skills
• Able to work in a team as well as working on individual projects
• Strong MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
