The role

We are growing our Java development team and are looking for a Java Developer who is seeking a role with high creative output and high responsibility. We are a committed and open-minded team and need enthusiastic people with experience in Java-based projects and good knowledge of writing clean and understandable code along with unit tests.
We're passionate about making the lives of financial professionals easier while bringing LucaNet forward. To be able to do so, we need a diverse team with diverse experiences and background. What You'lldo

• Participate in software design and code reviews
• Contribute to the overall vision of our Corporate Management Platform software products and development process
• Work in an agile and adaptable cross-functional team to write quality code and units tests
• Stay up to date and contribute your knowledge through regular meetups and tech talks
• Bring in your own ideas for continuous improvement of software development processes

What you bring to the table

• Solid knowledge and experience in the development of Java projects; Ideally, you have worked with Java11 or newer
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Familiar with working in a software team and have experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) or have already completed projects on Github
• Experience working with Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking
• Very good oral and written English communication skills
