Staff Engineer Embedded Software Development (f/m/div)*

In your new role you will:

• Drive system understanding for our software offering in Motor Controland LED applications
• Derive the right SW features for the Peripheral Driver Library (PDL) of our System on Chips out of system and market understanding
• Develop software prototypes
• Assure the quality of the PDL by testing it in the targeted systemand applications
• Be responsible for driving the creation of customer documentation for PDLs
• Work with the team to decide which development processes to maintain or change
• Collaborate closely with System Architects and Product Application Engineers

You have excellent communication skills in dealing with cross-functional and multicultural teams. As a team player, you are able to integrate quickly into a dynamic environment. Furthermore, you have a structured, thorough and result-oriented working style with which you can optimally contribute your technical expertise.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar studies
• Mandatory is work experience with Microcontroller Peripherals, Driver Development, Build systems
• Basis are excellent embedded C programming skills or experience with Rust, Phyton would be nice
• Great know-how in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (GIT,Jenkins)
• Agile experience (Maybe you are a Scrum Master?)
• A plus is hands-on experience with MOTIX MCUs, motor control, CAN and LINprotocols
• May you have lab experience with test, automatization and measurements?
• Knowledge about Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety ISO26262 will give you an advantage
• Fluent English or German skills
