Technical Consultant & Support (f/m/d)

for our office in Frankenberg, we are looking for a:

Your tasks:

• your tasks will focus on one or more of the following topics:
  • installation, update and configuration of EAM applications (IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Insight), databases and application servers
  • implementation and configuration of customer requirements with the help of customising tools integrated in IBM Maximo
  • system extensions and application development in Java and script languages
  • implementation of workshops, creation of technical specifications and concepts in the area of Enterprise Asset Management
  • carrying out 2nd and 3rd level support activities
  • technical administration of internal tools (JIRA, Confluence, SuiteCRM, development and build tools)

Your profile:

• you are enthusiastic, enjoy learning and have the ability to think in contexts and recognise connections.
• you have a degree (computer science, engineering, natural sciences) or comparable qualification
• desirable: professional experience as a developer/consultant for the IBM Maximo system (or comparable system)
• logical-analytical thinking, structured and independent working style
• experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • knowledge of and development experience with Java
  • database knowledge (ORACLE, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2)
  • web server knowledge (IBM Websphere, Wildfly, Apache, Tomcat)
  • script languages Python, Jython, JavaScript
