Salesforce Application Consultant / Admin (m/f/x)

Deine Aufgaben

• Salesforce configuration changes, including: flows, assignment rules, page layouts, dynamic layouts, dashboards and reports
• Support administrative, development, and change management activities
• Document integrations with Salesforce and external systems
• Research Salesforce capabilities as needed
• Evaluate Automation tools to fit our tech stack and business needs
• Proactively manage Salesforce data hygiene
• Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional and efficient user experience
• Working with Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CPQ

Dein Profil

• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Experience with CPQ+
