Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• Contribution towards the building up of the Global IT License Management Function in KION Group, consolidating all de-central activities and responsibilities into one single point of contact
• Overall global operational license management, ensuring license compliance
• Manage and ensure efficient use of license software products in KION Group
• Support SLM automation implementation
• Prepare and conduct global audits of implemented software
• Assist in defining and maintaining Global Software Catalogue
• Central contact for all software requests, providing consultation and suggestions to ensure optimum efficiency especially in software costs
• Relentless improvement on software license landscape

Your Skills and Expertise:

• 3+ years of solid experience in corporate license management
• Technical expertise in licensing for server, cloud and client software environments
• Working experience in creating license usage reports
• Experience with software management tools like SNOW or other leading systems on the market
• Strong communication skills within a multi-cultural environment
• Good analytical skills and structured way of approaching challenges
• Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
