Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
- Contribution towards the building up of the Global IT License Management Function in KION Group, consolidating all de-central activities and responsibilities into one single point of contact
- Overall global operational license management, ensuring license compliance
- Manage and ensure efficient use of license software products in KION Group
- Support SLM automation implementation
- Prepare and conduct global audits of implemented software
- Assist in defining and maintaining Global Software Catalogue
- Central contact for all software requests, providing consultation and suggestions to ensure optimum efficiency especially in software costs
- Relentless improvement on software license landscape
Your Skills and Expertise:
- 3+ years of solid experience in corporate license management
- Technical expertise in licensing for server, cloud and client software environments
- Working experience in creating license usage reports
- Experience with software management tools like SNOW or other leading systems on the market
- Strong communication skills within a multi-cultural environment
- Good analytical skills and structured way of approaching challenges
- Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
