IT System Administrator (f/m/x)

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to join our Corporate IT department, who is responsible for creating innovative solutions, working in a highly collaborative environment and owning the entire office system infrastructure. Your new role

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end-users across the organization
• Handle hardware and software configurations across multiple platforms (installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, deployment of applications)
• Duly document all incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system
• Work with your colleagues on the development of the office system infrastructure

Required Skills

• Juniors and mid-level are welcome to apply
• Active Directory experience
• Being service-oriented and a team player
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace Admin, Atlassian Products, Ticketing Systems
• Proficiency in German and English
