Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for operation of web based information management and collaboration platforms-especially Doxis (SER)
• Responsible for technical analysis, specification, documentation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Web Application middleware (Microsoft IIS, .NET, Microsoft Sharepoint Server, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat), and Web Applications
• Coordinate and configure IT infrastructure services needed to provide comprehensive platform services for web applications to the business
• Interact with colleagues from other IT areas to resolve cross functional and project issues
• Coordinate and implement changes to web application middleware and web applications according to defined processes
• Incident -and problem management and request fulfillment as part of second/third level support
• Proactively identify where system or process improvements can increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed relevant professional qualification and working experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or comparable degree)
• Specialized technical knowledge in the field of Web application technology and Web server environments, specifically Java platforms (JEE). like Apache Tomcat, etc. as well as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft .NET platform, and Microsoft Internet Information Services
• Knowledge in regards to operate web based information management and collaboration platforms
• Knowledge and experience with script languages (e.g. Windows Power-Shell..)
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge about Azure-Cloud and Docker / Kubernetes
• Very good knowledge in English and German language
• Distinct focus on customer needs and results
• Excellent team communication and coordination skills
• Problem solving skills, and high flexibility
