What you will enjoy doing

• As IT Service Manager Region Europe West (REW), it will be responsible for all services provided to our service consumers and to maintain regular contact with all stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration
• You will develop and implement IT services and processes that align with the business needs
• As IT Service Manager, you will lead service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives
• In this role, you will establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), and Underpinning Contracts (UCs) based on service needs
• You will monitor KPIs and SLA achievements, while effectively managing violations or major service issues
• To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, you will drive continuous service improvement activities and monitor service quality and performance

• Your service-oriented mindset and interest in understanding the needs of service consumers will serve you well in this position
• As an international company, Linde requires you as IT Service Manager to be able to work effectively in an international environment and demonstrate fluency in English
• Experience with IT service management tools and repositories applications is a must for this role
• ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications Foundation or above is mandatory, and project management certification is a plus
• Finally, as the IT Service Manager, you are required to travel as necessary to effectively fulfill your responsibilities
