In order to support the IT Technology Roadmap Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

IT Business Analyst - Technology Roadmap (d/f/m)

IT Technology Roadmap team provides Roadmaps that clearly show what the IT Infrastructure wants to achieve and how as a team will get there allowing step-by-step execution.Such Roadmaps provide the visualization of the IT Vision and Strategy realization and highlight future product technology needed to accomplish specific business goals. These can be goals for the near future or major objectives for several years out.
In addition, the Technology Roadmap defines the core processes regarding when and how the technology solution will be implemented. Such Roadmaps provide information company need to make sound technological investments.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Identify the technology portfolio based on current and potential future business needs providing external trends & internal benchmarking details in order to have the best potential strategy for the IT future developments.
• Define the roadmap based on the technology portfolio with short, mid, long term goals.
• Propose tooling landscape to support the technology roadmap.and define an harmonized strategy
• Such Roadmaps provide the visualization of the IT Vision and Strategy realization.
• The right technologies to support the core capabilities as well as its critical business functions should the organization experience an unanticipated disruption
• Building new technology (virtual and hardware infrastructure) aligned with Innovation teams through Proof of Concept (PoCs) and Proof of Value (PoVs)
• Collaboration with Enterprise architecture and security

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed studies in IT, engineering or a similar discipline with architectural knowledge in IT infrastructures
• IT Technology mastering (Hosting, Digital Workplace, Network, IAM)
• IT Security background
• Enterprise Architecture experience
• Transformation catalyst and Culture evolution driver
• Excellent communication skills willing to deliver transnational impact
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory, German would be a plus
