Senior Manager Monitoring SAP S4/HANA (m/f/d)

Job description/tasks

• For the 11Teamsports SAP project team we are looking for a Senior Manager Monitoring SAP S4/HANA f/m/d from 1.3.2024. In the current project phase of the S4/HANA implementation as ERP for the 11Teamsports Group, subsidiaries have already been rolled out to S4/HANA. Your job essentially comprises two core tasks:

1. As an ERP system, SAP S4 HANA communicates with a large number of peripheral systems in our complex IT landscape. Your core task is to monitor the exchange of this data and to identify and resolve errors. Ideally, you will be able to solve minor errors in data exchange yourself, while you will structure more complex, recurring problems and discuss solutions with your colleagues from the IT department.
2. Together with the project team and in exchange with the KeyUsers, you create a user-oriented knowledgebase in Microsoft Sharepoint. You will be responsible for continuously adding to and revising this knowledgebase. You continuously expand the knowledgebase to ideally ensure that future error chains can be recognized even earlier and solved by the operators of the peripheral systems themselves.

• You will be part of the SAP project team at 11Teamsports and support the ongoing implementation of S4/HANA as ERP in the 11Teamsports group as required.

Requirement profile

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable training. At least an affinity for IT and motivation to think your way into and understand IT processes and structures.
• Experience in IT support and knowledge of complex ERP systems are an advantage. At least initial experience with ERP systems, ideally in retail.
• Intrinsic motivation to learn new things, share knowledge and support colleagues in their daily work with SAP S4/HANA
• High quality of communication
• Fluent English, but at least basic knowledge

Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week
