Senior Manager Support & Maintenance SAP S4/HANA (m/f/d)

Job description

• For the 11Teamsports SAP project team we are looking for a Senior Manager Support & Maintenance SAP S4/HANA f/m/d from 1.3.2024. In the current project phase of the S4/HANA implementation as ERP for the 11Teamsports Group, subsidiaries have already been rolled out to S4/HANA. Your job essentially comprises two core tasks:

1. you are the 2nd level support for all subsidiaries and key users who have and are using S4/HANA as ERP. You work in a ticket system, structure tasks that arise, can solve them or know who can provide you with the necessary knowledge to solve the tasks. You provide assistance when key users are unable to help their colleagues.
2. together with the project team and in exchange with the KeyUsers, you create a user-oriented knowledgebase in Microsoft Sharepoint. You will be responsible for continuously adding to and revising this knowledgebase

• You will be part of the SAP project team at 11Teamsports and support the ongoing implementation of S4/HANA as ERP in the 11Teamsports group as required.

Requirement profile

• Degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable training. At least an affinity for IT and motivation to think your way into and understand IT processes and structures.
• Experience in IT support and knowledge of complex ERP systems are an advantage. At least initial experience with ERP systems, ideally in retail.
• Intrinsic motivation to learn new things, share knowledge and support colleagues in their daily work with SAP S4/HANA
• High quality of communication
• Fluent English, but at least basic knowledge

Starting date: 03.2024

Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week
