Senior Manager Project Management (m/f/d)

Job description/tasks

• The 11Teamsports Group has been operating successfully for many years as a retailer of sporting goods, primarily in the soccer sector. The parent company and many subsidiaries use the same IT landscape to run their omnichannel business. The underlying ERP system and its peripheral systems need to be constantly expanded and optimized. In order to manage the resulting projects, we are looking for a Project Manager m/f/d with immediate effect.
• Your core task is to set up projects in consultation with your colleagues from the IT department. At 11Teamsports we use JIRA as project management software, setting up and monitoring projects in JIRA will be your main task. You will create a project plan, coordinate with the project stakeholders and define the roadmap and timeline. You will also work with your project management colleagues to continuously improve project management structures and communication between all stakeholders.
• The 11Teamsports Group is currently in a transformation phase towards SAP S4 HANA as its ERP system. Two rollouts have already taken place at subsidiaries. Here, too, you will increasingly be responsible for managing projects in the coming years and become part of the SAP S4 HANA implementation team.

Requirement profile

• Degree in business informatics or comparable training. At least an affinity for IT and motivation to think your way into and understand IT processes and structures.
• Experience in IT project management (JIRA or comparable project management software) and knowledge of complex ERP systems are an advantage. At least initial experience with ERP systems, ideally in retail.
• Intrinsic motivation to learn new things, share knowledge and support colleagues.
• High quality of communication
• Fluent English, but at least basic knowledge

Starting date: 03.2024

Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week
