IT Project Manager CX (m/f/d)

Job description/tasks

As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the implementation of IT projects and act as an interface between our department and IT service providers, thereby contributing to sustainable decisions and business success.

• Project management: You plan and coordinate IT & e-commerce projects independently and carry them out, including budget responsibility, in coordination with the involved departments – across multiple countries + brands.
• Strategy: You check and evaluate requirements with regard to IT / e-commerce / CX strategy as well as IT architecture and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder management: You manage international and diverse project teams, moderate committees, including top management level, and present complex IT issues in a way that is tailored to the target group.
• Know-how: If necessary, you can align your projects with both classic and agile project management methods.
• Further development: You will also take care of the establishment and continuous optimization of project management methods (mainly SCRUM/agile project management).

Requirement profile

• Degree in (business) computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in classic or agile IT project management, ideally as a certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Excellent methodological skills and a wide range of (agile) tools and tools such as Jira / Confluence, SQL and a technical understanding of software development (Java)
• Strong moderation, communication and presentation skills at all levels
• Teamworking and motivational skills.
• Hands-on mentality, conflict resolution skills, conceptual and analytical strength as well as careful working methods, high level of motivation, personal responsibility and resilience
• Very good language skills in spoken and written German and English

Starting date: 03.2024

Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week
