SAFe® Implementation Consultant (m/w/d)

As a SAFe® Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with leading automotive companies, tailoring solutions to their unique needs. Drawing on your technical expertise, you'll facilitate the development of agile teams and structures, enhancing the value flow and driving software development and product innovation. Additionally, you'll play a key role in guiding them through the technology shift towards a future-proof target platform, leveraging your experience to make meaningful contributions.

Your contribution to the success story:

• Consult in the implementation of SAFe® practices, principles, and methodologies for our clients.
• Collaborate with systems teams to assess current SAFe® processes and to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist SAFe® Teams and ART Roles with the rollout of Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Lead SAFe® ceremonies and events to ensure continuous learning for teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on the development and execution of Value Streams, Epics, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Facilitate SAFe® workshops/deep dives to align teams on agile practices and ensure a common understanding of the framework.
• Work with client leadership to help establish and maintain a Lean-Agile mindset throughout their organization.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 1 year (4 PIs) of hands-on experience in a SAFe® Environment within IT or manufacturing projects.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Lean thinking, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams through the adoption of SAFe® practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• SAFe® certification(s) such as SAFe® Agilist (SA), SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), or SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
