(Junior) Consultant (m/w/d) SAP IBP

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and configuration of SAP IBP solutions to meet clients’ business requirements.
• Support the implementation of SAP IBP
• Conduct data analysis and support data migration activities for IBP projects.
• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing for IBP implementations.
• Prepare and delive user support and training for SAP IBP functionalities.
• Prepare documentation, including training materials and user manuals, under guidance from senior consultants.
• Stay updated on SAP IBP developments and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in SAP IBP or supply chain management (internships or working student experience accepted).
• Familiarity with SAP IBP modules, such as Demand Planning and S&OP, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and their integration with IBP.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, ABAP, SAP Fiori, or JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of SAP IBP and supply chain planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
