5G Expert - Testing & Support (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You define, develop and execute test plans for our 5G solutions (RAN and Core features).
• You collaborate both with Product Management and Engineering teams as test engineer, as well as a act as a product expert.
• You will perform end-to-end functional, performance and interoperability tests.
• You validate features such as QoS, slicing, handover etc.
• You are responsible for the commissioning of customer systems (in house, per remote and occasionally on-site) incl. demos and proof of concepts.
• You provide first and second Level support for the product.
• You document bugs in adequate tools (Jira).

Thtat's you

• Completed studies in electronics, IT or a comparable academic background
• 2+ years in relevant market field like telecom testing
• Solid RF knowledge in the area of 5G and LTE architecture, as well as IP Network knowledge, esp. Linux
• Knowledge of Jira and Salesforce are a plus
• Open minded team player and well self-organized
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
