Integration Manager - Broadcast Systems (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You design, develop, and integrate systems for the broadcast and event industry, with a focus on drones and their use in various application areas.
• You plan and deploy drones, camera systems, and 5G technology in complex technical environments.
• You create technical concepts and specifications for drone deployments.
• You collaborate closely with development teams, project management, and clients to implement innovative solutions.
• You analyze existing systems and drive the adoption of innovative technologies such as AI and other emerging solutions.
• You continuously optimize system architectures to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

That's you

• Successfully completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, event or IT technology, electronics for devices and systems, or communications technology) or a comparable academic background.
• A genuine passion for working with both proven and cutting-edge technologies, ranging from intercom and audio/video systems to drones and IT solutions.
• Hands-on experience in motorsport, broadcast, or event technology, combined with enthusiasm for end-to-end project execution and on-site involvement.
• Willingness to travel extensively, paired with a high degree of flexibility, self-reliance, and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail with a commitment to excellence.
• Fluent written and spoken English, a valid Class B driving license, and confidence in working in international project settings.
