UX Designer (m/f/d)

What you will work on

• Designing user interfaces and user experiences across our product portfolio
• Contributing to the development, implementation and use of our design system
• Designing with component-based systems in mind, ensuring scalability and consistency
• Taking part in user research activities
• Designing solutions that are both user-centered and technically viable
  Working with product managers, clients and developers from concept to implementation
• Translating client requirements into clear user flows, interfaces, and prototypes.

Who you are

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of experience working as a UI & UX Designer for digital solutions and web applications
• Strong Figma skills
• Good understanding of component libraries (e.g. Storybook) and how design translates into code
• Experience with or interest in design systems
• Interest in user research and willingness to learn
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• You do not need to be a frontend developer, but you should be comfortable designing within technical constraints and thinking in components, states, and variants rather than one-off mockups.
