Junior Audit Data Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Audit Data Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Group Internal Audit team. This role is based in our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Frankfurt Airport / Gateway Gardens).

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, analysis, and evaluation of data in the context of internal audits under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Assist with extracting, cleansing, and validating data from various source systems.
• Contribute to the preparation of analytical results, summaries, and basic visualizations for audit purposes.
• Collaborate closely with auditors and support audit teams with data-related questions and analyses.
• Assist in documenting analytical approaches, processes, and results in line with internal audit standards.
• Apply standardized analytics templates and methods and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Continuously develop knowledge in data analytics, audit methodology, and relevant analytical tools.
• Support the use and development of AI-supported analytics and continuous auditing solutions for monitoring ERP systems.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Initial experience (1 - 3 years) in data analysis, internal audit, risk management, or a similar analytical environment (e.g., through internships or working student roles).
• Basic knowledge of data analytics tools or programming languages such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Interest in data-driven auditing, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
