YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You design and build the central MLOps/LLMOps Platform covering the full lifecycle of classical ML and Agentic/GenAI workloads
• You architect robust CI/CD workflows and self-service capabilities empowering Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy models and agents independently
• You build and evolve the Agentic Platform on AWS Bedrock utilizing frameworks like LangGraph or comparable tools
• You collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities
• You establish and promote MLOps and LLMOps best practices through training, documentation, and hands-on support
• You optimize infrastructure costs and observability by implementing efficient resource management and intelligent automation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You bring proven experience in MLOps, LLMOps, ML Engineering, or DevOps with a successful track record in production ML or GenAI platforms
• Know-how: You possess hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain or similar AI stacks
• Skills: You understand ML and LLM lifecycles and are skilled in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tooling, and modern monitoring solutions
• Motivation: You have driven organizational platform adoption across multiple teams and thrive fostering change and innovation
• Communication: You excel at explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences and influencing decision-making in an international environment
• Background: You have a solution-oriented mindset, love automation, and keep up-to-date with trends in ML, LLM, and Agentic AI
