YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

  • Support and drive Identity & Access Management (IAM) and User Access Management (UAM) activities, including access provisioning, access modifications, and periodic access reviews.
  • Perform compliance and control-related activities in line with SOX, ISO, and IT governance requirements, and support the testing of control effectiveness.
  • Identify control gaps, coordinate remediation activities, and ensure accurate, traceable, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required evidence, documentation, and information.
  • Analyze existing IAM processes and contribute to their continuous improvement and automation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to define access requirements and implement secure and compliant access management practices.
  • Support users, entities, and teams with IAM-related requests and inquiries through the ticketing system.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training in IT or equivalent practical experience.
  • Initial to several years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management, IT Security, IT Governance, Compliance, or related IT functions.
  • Good understanding of IAM and UAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access management, and access reviews.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID; knowledge of Entra ID Governance, Entitlement Management, or Lifecycle Workflows is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience using service management and ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), least-privilege principles, privileged access management, and administrative access concepts.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk, and control frameworks such as SOX, ISO, ITGC, or NIST is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to create and maintain clear, structured, and auditable documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with business stakeholders, audit teams, and IT colleagues.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and German (minimum B2 level); relevant certifications such as Microsoft SC-300, ITIL, CISA, or CISM are considered a plus.
