YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will identify, extract, and transform data from source systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to create digital twins of our business processes
- You will analyze process variants, identify bottlenecks, and calculate business cases for process optimization
- You will build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data models that serve as the foundation for real-time dashboards
- You will collaborate with functional departments to develop concepts for process improvement (e.g., via AI, RPA or workflow adjustments)
- You will present your findings clearly and support the implementation of process changes
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Education You have a Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science and/or Business Administration with a technical focus, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Process Mining You have gained proven experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio, or MEHRWERK)
- Data Visualization You bring strong proficiency in SQL/PQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Data Engineering You have experience in data modeling and ETL processes (knowledge of Python is a plus)
- Analysis Methods You are proficient in complex process analysis methods (Lean Six Sigma is a plus) and have a deep understanding of ERP landscapes
- Analytical Skills You possess strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to explain complex issues simply
- Languages You are fluent in English (German skills would be a plus)
