Technical Support Engineer (C#, JavaScript) (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our products including TX Text Control, TX Spell and DS Server via email, live chat and in phone calls.
• Reproduce problems and discuss them with development teams.
• Contribute to product development based on problems and feature requests.
• Act as an interface between the requirements of the customer and the development teams.

The following skills are useful

• Excellent ability to communicate - English is required.
• Development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, C# or JavaScript).
• Ability to work independently and in small teams.
• Work self-motivated.
• Software testing experience.
