Software Project Manager Vehicle OS Projects (m/f/d)

In the context of Vehicle OS projects, Vector works closely with vehicle manufacturers to optimally use our products in their ecosystem.
As a Software Project Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the technical project management in agile Vehicle OS customer projects. To ensure that the project runs smoothly, you work with your team in close cooperation with the customer in their collaborative infrastructure. You don't hide behind given processes but bring important key players together and push the project forward on your own responsibility.

Your Profile

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in development of embedded electronic control units
• Several years of experience in automotive project management
• Strong customer orientation and very good skills in communication and teamwork
• Knowledge of software development processes (V-model, SCRUM, SAFe) is an advantage
• Experience in one of the following areas is an advantage: AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, QNX, Embedded Linux
• Ideally, knowledge of software processes (ASPICE)
• Ideally, knowledge of functional safety (ISO26262) and cyber security (ISO21434)
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Tasks

• Management and coordination of agile, collaborative software projects
• Participation in development of methods and tools
• Support for the professional development of colleagues in the project team
• Support of project proposal creation
• Specification and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the project
• Contact person for customer escalations
