Job Purpose/Role

• You support data acquisition and data processing, including data modeling and implementation of data quality controls
• You design and develop powerful algorithms that process sensor data from our development fleet
• You are responsible for the development of high-quality software using state-of-the-art technology and modern concepts
• You create and maintain dashboards that allow others to understand test performance
• You drive feature development of supporting tools (scenario editors, data management, execution environments)
• You support MAN's ongoing software development and approval process through the analysis, interpretation and reporting of test results
• You are responsible for preparation, visualization, and communication of KPIs and reports

Your qualifications

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Communication Engineering or compareable expertise
• You have experience in building flexible data pipelines to process heterogeneous data, developing intelligent tools and creating professional visualizations for the relevant data and insights
• You have advanced knowledge of BI software and/or advanced knowledge of analysis software (R, Python, Java, KNIME) and/or in-depth knowledge of the application of AI, machine learning, data mining and optimization processes
• You have the initiative to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systems
• You have knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as Azure, OpenStack, AWS or Google
• You have strong organizational, supporting behavior and communication skills
• Fluent english and german is mandatory
