SAP S/4HANA Inhouse Consultant (SD / MM) (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA consultant with deep knowledge in Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
You support our internal processes and optimize business procedures in the areas of sales and materials management – especially in industries like capital goods, construction supply, or wood and metal manufacturing. From process optimization to greenfield implementations, you know how to make ERP work smarter, faster, and cleaner.

• Design and implement business processes in the SAP SD/MM environment
• Optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes across S/4HANA SD/MM modules
• Customize the SD/MM modules
• Consult business departments on how to digitize and automate their daily operations
• Coordinate cross-module integration (e.g. with PP, WM, FI, or EWM)
• Identify improvement opportunities along the supply chain and implement best-fit solutions
• Active part of IT transformation projects
• Train and support users

What you bring – your professional toolkit:

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience as SAP S/4HANA consultant or key user in SD and MM
• Know-how in SAP customizing, integration scenarios, and master data structuring
• Familiarity with Fiori UX, mobile enablement, and process automation tools
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of sales, distribution, procurement, and inventory processes
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate SAP speak into business language and vice versa
• Team player with a coaching attitude – you support others and lead by example
• Good knowledge of German and English
