What I enjoy most about being an Account Executive is the dynamic nature of the role. Being in touch with customers daily allows me to build strong relationships and understand their unique needs. I enjoy being part of their journey towards a modern workplace, helping them solve problems and achieve their goals. Reaching targets together with my team is incredibly rewarding, and the opportunity to travel adds an exciting dimension to the job. What is it like working within Client Solutions Group (CSG)?

Working in CSG is incredibly exciting. I get to know new technology information early and I am at the cutting-edge of the technical evolution of (probably) the most common working tool. Providing relevant information to my customers helps them make strategic decisions that significantly impact the productivity and workstyle of thousands. Being part of a well-recognized brand in the field makes me proud, and I am fortunate to be part of a great team here in Germany. The integration of AI technologies adds a new dimension to the job, making it more interesting and dynamic than ever before.

How has Dell Technologies contributed to your growth?

Joining the company as a working student and later transitioning to a graduate role, I have had the opportunity to experience various positions, including Inside Sales Representative and Client Solutions Technologist, before moving into an Outside Sales role seven years ago. Each role has provided me with unique learning experiences, allowing me to develop new skills, understand different customer segments and build relationships with colleagues across the organization.

The new skills and insights I gained in these different roles have significantly contributed to my professional growth, making me more adept and knowledgeable in my field. The company has been supportive of my personal and professional development.
